The service
DealFinder helps users discover offers from independent merchants. We are not the seller unless a page expressly says otherwise. Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, warranties and fulfillment are governed by the merchant’s terms.
Offer accuracy
We work to keep listings current but cannot guarantee that every price, code, restriction or expiry remains unchanged. Confirm the final price and terms on the merchant site before buying.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure. Do not bypass access controls, submit unlawful content, scrape at a rate that harms availability, manipulate click statistics, introduce malicious code or impersonate others.
Intellectual property
DealFinder’s original content, organization and software are protected by applicable laws. Merchant names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for a merchant’s products, conduct, price changes or third-party sites. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and enforcement
We may publish revised terms and limit access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
