How to Check and Use a Coupon Code

Before checkout

Confirm the merchant domain, eligible plan, customer type, region, currency, minimum spend and billing period. Copy the code exactly and note whether the offer is automatic.

At checkout

Enter the code only on the merchant’s official checkout. Review the order summary before paying. The final amount should show the reduction, with taxes and future renewal charges separated where possible.

If the code fails

Check capitalization, spaces, expiry, product exclusions and whether another promotion is applied. New-customer, app-only, payment-method and country restrictions are common.

Report useful evidence

Include the listing URL, product, country, visible error and time tested. Remove names, addresses, card details and account identifiers from screenshots.
